Leg Day
Made it thru my leg workout today…. SO TIRED but worth it.
- 4 sets of back squats
- 4 sets of weighted box jumps
- 4 sets of stiff legged deadlifts
- 4 supersets of leg extension and leg curls
- 4 sets of calves
- 4 sets of kettle bell lunges
- 20 minutes of stair stepper
Protein shake with whey, glutamine, creatine and dextrose and half a plain bagel after. NAP TIME!!!
