Leg Day

Made it thru my leg workout today…. SO TIRED but worth it.

  •  4 sets of back squats
  •  4 sets of weighted box jumps
  •  4 sets of stiff legged deadlifts
  •  4 supersets of leg extension and leg curls
  •  4 sets of calves
  •  4 sets of kettle bell lunges
  •  20 minutes of stair stepper

Protein shake with whey, glutamine, creatine and dextrose and half a plain bagel after. NAP TIME!!!
