Made it thru my leg workout today…. SO TIRED but worth it.
Protein shake with whey, glutamine, creatine and dextrose and half a plain bagel after. NAP TIME!!!
This is my weight loss that took 4 months of healthy eating and excerise. I’m now just focusing on going to the gym and losing my body fat %! :)
